European 4/4 Violin (Stradivari Model)
Symphonia · European 4/4 Violin
The Stradivari model,
warm, deep, and quietly confident.
A European-made violin on Stradivari proportions, built from aged tonewoods and set up at Symphonia with Dominant Pro strings. Warmth in the lower strings, projection up top, and a very smooth response under the bow.
About the model
Stradivari proportions, modern build.
This violin is a European workshop instrument made on Antonio Stradivari’s pattern — still the reference design for the modern concert violin. The build emphasises warmth and depth in the body rather than a sharp top-end edge, so the instrument carries colour as well as volume.
Tone & response
Warm, deep, projecting.
The voice is rich and full, with a warm low end and a singing upper register. Projection is honest — the violin reads at the back of a hall without forcing. Response under the bow is very smooth, which makes long phrases feel easy and articulation feel clean.
Setup & strings
Dominant Pro, fitted and ready.
The violin ships strung with Thomastik Dominant Pro — a modern professional set with warmth, depth, and clear projection. Fingerboard, bridge and soundpost work are completed at Symphonia so the instrument plays well from day one.
